hey everyone...
i just got back from harris teeter (davidson) where i successfully used my $5 off/$25 family dollar coupon.
does need a manager overide, but no questions asked, no problem :)
so, boldly take yours and use it!

i got a family dollar flyer with a coupon for $5/$25.
according to harris teeter's coupon policy, they accept this type of competitor coupon.
i'm going to take it with me just in case. i have a hard time spending the $40 or $50 that these type of coupons usually require, but i can do $25.
if anyone else tries it, please report back :)

*last month's p&g insert had a coupon for bounty (e-vic $5.77) that expired on 1/31. since we will be getting a new p&g insert this week, i'm hoping for another. may be worth waiting on the e-vic until sunday.

jenny at southern savers has an excellent tool to instantly view which coupons are available.
just go to her website.
look at the top left corner “Printable Coupons”?
put your mouse over that and it will drop down.
different coupon sites are listed there and that will show you the full list of coupons.

nabisco cracker $10 rebate ends today

i save all my reciepts.
i have a little basket i keep them in and this has come in handy quite a few times for returns or rebates and even price comparisons.
like today!
there is a $10 rebate when you buy nabisco crackers (this includes cheese nips) between 12/1/09 and 1/31/2010.
looked in my basket and because of the great deal i have been getting at HT on cheese nips, i am set.

homechurch in your jammies

did your church get cancelled today due to icy roads and bitter cold?
ours did, so we watched a greg laurie recorded sermon.
greg teaches from the bible and he's funny too!
there are several to choose from, we listened to "how to know the will of God".
