food lion brand coupons (good thru 8/25)

save them for a sale, or just have them in your coupon stash for an unexpected clearance deal.
this week (7/1-7/7) home 360 cups are on sale for 89¢, so free or a moneymaker.
food lion often puts their cereal on sale for 1$.

redbox codes...check your reciept!

i had forgotten all about this catalina deal until today when i saw it on a shelf at HT. buy 3 kelloggs products, get a free red box code. (see right sidebar)
you know i have been buying lots of 24¢ mini wheats.
so i researched and this is what i found out:
-the code is at the bottom of your receipt when you make the required purchase.
-even though the expiration date they gave is past, it will still work (for how long, who knows???!)
-i bought 6 boxes total (4 on 6/25, 1 on 6/26, and 1 on 6/27...6 total)
and received 2 codes!

these are so delicious.
made with lean, boneless, skinless chicken meat and never include nitrates, preservatives, MSG, or any artificial flavors. also, nearly all of the 14 flavors are gluten-free.

harris teeter has these on sale thru tuesday for $3.99. use coupon this week for super doubles and get these for $1.99!

tips:
-use internet explorer to print. i could not get it to print with firefox.
-remember that harris teeter will only allow 2 of the same printable per day.

just had to post this.
seems like everyone is getting in on the coupon craze.
here's a website called racesavers.com with printable coupons, including a good one for 1$/2 large cans of bush's baked beans.
with DD being a vegetarian, we eat a lot of beans, and these are the best!
print it before tuesday, go to harris teeter and have it doubled for 2 cans of baked beans for 1$ each (reg price 2.19, on sale for 2$)

*UPDATE* beans will be on sale 7/1-7/7 for $1.49, so a few cents better deal than above!
*update #2* 7/3 looked for coupon, it was gone. but keep checking back, sometimes they reset!

redbox...not just on monday!

i was just talking to some friends who said they enjoy going to their local harris teeter, picking up a free movie from the redbox and enjoying a free cookie on the way home.
now that's frugal family entertainment.
