here's a smartsource coupon for 55/2 one dozen cartons of eggs!

"the wedge"

this is a fun, inexpensive, easy salad i make occasionally.
simply take a washed head of iceburg lettuce, core it and cut into 4 or 5 wedges.
top with salad dressing of your choice, we like ranch or blue cheese.
then "sprinkle" with small diced tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, green onions, and bacon.
you can top with what ever you have in the fridge!
my daughter put olives on her's.
add some freshly ground black pepper for the grand finale :)

operation christmas child

for the past few years, i have been the contact person at our church for operation christmas child.
i collect boxes from people at our church and then deliver them to a local drop-off spot.
i must confess, i love to look in the boxes to see what is being sent.
