i have to tell you....my neighbor bought a bunch of powerades at food lion 2 weeks ago and they were a "bonus" item for the great grocery give away.
anyway, he got 120 scratch-off cards and gave them to me.
i scratched them all off, and out of those 120 + the few cards i have gotten, i won $3!
