worth repeating...
bottom dollar has great produce!
i will say that there were some produce items from other countries, not as much USA grown things as during the summer and fall.
asparagus $2.99/lb
2 lb carrots $1.69
romaine lettuce $1.59
5 lb red grapefruit $1.97
mango 98¢
green pepper 69¢
pears $1.29/lb
lemons 35¢
yellow squash $1.49/lb
kiwi 45¢
5 lb russet potatoes $2.77
3 lb yellow onions $1.79
bananas 39¢/lb
cucumbers 59¢
sweet potatoes 69¢/lb
cabbage 39¢/lb
red pepper $2.49/lb
(note on the red pepper, most stores charge by the item {ie, $2.99/each at HT}, bottom dollar charges by the pound, this made my 1 pepper $1.32, a great price for a fabulously healthy item!)
i got all this for less than $30!
other notable items:
butter $2.18
milk $2.39
eggs 88¢
angel soft toilet paper 24 single, 12 double, or 9 mega roll $4.98
use the $1/1 printable from coupons.com (use zip 90210)
final price $3.98
boneless skinless chicken breasts $1.57/lb
*you must have a bottom dollar card to get the specials.
