i like this!

i found this blog when i was researching my "no spend month". it's about simplifying.
this post entitled, "holly, jolly" struck a cord with me. although i don't have the busyness of small children anymore, i have been stressing about “how am I supposed to do all of these Christmas-y things I want to do, when our funds are extremely limited?"
hope you like it too.

cheesy potato soup

today is an excellent soup day.
here's a recipe that i created for cheesy potato soup.
it's creamy and cheesy and warms your soul.
please don't judge me for using velveeta :)
